JACQUE LIU
Born: Taipei, Taiwan, 1978. Lives and works in Philadelphia, PA.
Jacque Liu was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He received his M.F.A. from Cranbrook Academy of Art and his B.F.A. from Alfred University. Liu has exhibited nationally and internationally in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Liu has been the recipient of many awards and grants including a Fulbright Scholarship to Berlin, Germany. While in Germany, Liu co-founded Takt Kunstprojektraum. Liu has been involved with various artist collectives, including Vox Populi and Grizzly Grizzly. He currently lives in Philadelphia, PA.
